Financials

All services are charged directly to the patient. In most cases, we will accept assignment for your insurance benefits. However, it must be understood that the fee is ultimately the responsibility of the party billed. A late charge will be applied to all accounts 30 days past due.

Treatment Fee

The cost of orthodontic treatment will vary, depending on the severity and complexity of the conditions being treated. We strive to find a financial arrangement that works best for you. For your convenience, we offer a variety of financial options to meet your financial needs.

1. Payment in Full Option:

    This option involves the payment of the total treatment fee at the time that orthodontic treatment is initiated, and involves a courtesy discount when payment is made with cash, check, credit card, or debit card.

2. Payment Plan Option

    For the convenience of our patients, we utilize OrthoBanc, a professional payment management company, to manage the payment plan. OrthoBanc utilizes automatic withdrawal from a checking account, savings account, or credit card. It can also be used with some health savings accounts or flexible spending accounts. This option involves the use of an interest-free payment plan that is broken down into an initial fee, which is due at the time that orthodontic treatment is initiated, and a monthly fee.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for payment of services.

In cases of serious delinquency, treatment will be discontinued, although we will make every effort to accommodate patients with temporary difficulties.
